1% of goods value
Our service fee is 1% of the goods value. You pay for results, scaled to the size of your order.
From USD 100
A minimum charge of USD 100 per order applies, so small jobs stay worthwhile for both sides.
Billed separately
If a trip is required — a factory visit or on-site inspection — those costs are quoted and billed separately, based on the actual trip.
Example: a USD 5,000 order → USD 100 fee (the 1% minimum). A USD 20,000 order → USD 200 fee.

How are your sourcing fees calculated?
Our service fee is 1% of the goods value, with a minimum charge of USD 100 per order. There are no hidden charges — you see the supplier quotes we receive.
Are travel or on-site costs included in the fee?

How long does sourcing take?
It depends on the product and how specific your requirements are. Simple, readily available items move quickly; custom or specialised products take longer to match, sample and verify. Once we understand your brief, we’ll give you a realistic timeline before you commit.
Do I have to use your printing service to use sourcing?
No. Sourcing is a standalone service — you can use it for any product, whether or not it relates to printing. Of course, if you also need books or print, we can handle both under one transparent process.
